Rice Husking and Processing Plant
The rice processing plant installed at Islamabad was supplied by world-renowned
Buhler GmbH. With an annual capacity of 25,000 tons (5 tons / hr.), the plant
performs with remarkable accuracy that others find hard to match.
Barkat Rice Mills also have own Husking Unit at Gujrat. Machinery was imported
from SATAKE, Japan to set up a Husking plant in Gujrat. A high level of
automation and a well-thought-out plant layout ensures no human contact from
the husking to the packing stage. Silos have also been installed which enhances
the storage capacity up to 10,000 Metric Tons
